Virtue is a manufacturer of Mold Bases(the order company name is Komi), Die sets, Precision mold inserts and finished steel plates and tooling Accessories for the Plastic Tooling, Metal Stamping, and Aluminum Die casting Industry. Providing manufacturing services and established in China since 2014, It is one of the leading and big manufacturers of Standard and Custom made Mold Bases in China.
The capacity we have 500 -800set per year and have over 15 CNC machining centers, Injection molding is a key manufacturing process automobile parts etc. So we support the custom made injection mould base to the mould maker in order to fastest the mold maker production lead time and they just focus on the mold core. The mold base materials as your required and we base your design to future machining . The leading time is 15-30days up to your design. The materials are S50C,P20,2738 etc are according to customer`s specifications.
Professional Team
At Virtue Mold base we possess a team of experienced engineers as well as management professionals, well-equipped with 15 CNC machining centers, employing the most advanced CAD-CAM systems. Our CAD-CAM systems include Powermill , Unigrahics,and MasterCAM.
We are capable of carrying out a wide range of machining tasks including rough pocketing, fine pocketing, water channels, gates, slanting holes, 3D profile machining, just to name a few. The maximum workpiece dimension is 2500mm X 3000mm. Requirements such as tolerance and delivery time vary depending on the specific project, but Virtue Mold base is always ready to give 100% to satisfy customers’ needs.
